Grimes examines the trident, checking to see if he could possibly use it. "I could poke some stuff with this thing..." he says, admiringly polishing the thing...
OOC: Any chance Grimes could use the thing?

Castinus inspects the door for traps. As he's examining it he notices something odd -- the door doesn't appear to be real...
The kelpies return, casting their charm on the thief.
Saving throw [1d20-1] = 9-1 = 8 Castinus is overtaken by the spell, leaping into the water! He begins to sink!!!

Grimes drops his pack and leaps into the water, uttering a string of curses as he does.
OOC: He'll try to save Castinus and chop some kelpie while at it.

Dieter hurls a firewall toward the other side of the room making sure none of his comrades are caught in the proximity effect but the Kelpie's catch it's full wrath.

With Castinus in the water with the Kelpies, Dieter can't cast his spell without hurting his companion if it is to hurt the Kelpies.

Realizing he cannot drop the bomb without hurting his friends Dieter moves to the edge of the pool and dons his mask of terror for long enough to look at the kelpies.
