In this 5th level of the Beneath the Ruins dungeon Neanderthals unknowingly explore a ruined underground complex built by their ancient ancestors, where The Eternal Pupa brings into being the Spawns of Filth and an ancient artifact awaits discovery. Neanderthals, Demonic Fly Beings, the time-traveling Grey Men, Quetzacoatls, Beer Goddesses and a vat's worth of treasure await those brave enough to enter the Emerald Halls.
