Thurwin packs his gear and nods back toward the temple. "I say we go back to where we left off (the door that Romag and cronies barred) and proceed to clear that area of baddies. I'm sure the minions of evil will be wondering where their charming leader has been off to."

OOC: We probably need to drag the bodies away from the tower as well, perhaps deposit them at the temple entrance or whatever. Thurwin isn't concerned about giving them a proper burial, considering their affiliation.

Calthas wears his bow, adjusts his arrows and sword and gets ready to go. "Yeah, let's go back where we left."

OOC: Calthas will take the healing potion

Morgan awakes, and is on his feet in no time. "Heironeous appeared to me last night in a dream," he announces without preamble. "Killing Romag was just the beginning. We must destroy this Temple of Earth, and then all the other elemental temples below that. Heironeous himself has made this clear. It is an honor to be His hand in this great cleansing."

With that, the Paladin starts polishing his weapons and armor, preparing for an epic battle. As he works, he begins to realize, despite his fervor, how odd his proclamation may have seemed to his companions. "So, has anyone made breakfast yet," he asks, trying to make conversation.

Thurwin - Wizard

Thurwin observes his brother's passionate speech and nods enthusiastically. Patting his brother on his shoulder he says with his trademark Boy Scout smile "I'm with you, my brother! I think Heironeous and St Cuthbert were in league to reunite us for this common goal. I say onward! To crush these fiends!"

Thurwin's spirits are bouyed by his brother's outlook, and he's anxious to get moving.

CALMERT: Cleric
The Gnome concurs with Morgan, "Agreed! The temple of evil must be cleansed!"
