Hey! I won't be making a proper update until the weekend, but I have a question to ask:

I've currently got ideas (just names in a notepad) for 110 monsters. I've got two choices in mind, do I make the setting's bestiary in straight alphabetical order, as is the standard...or, do I split the monsters up in to sections and place them in said section in order of power? So for instance the undead section would start with a kind of zombie and end in a wraith king.

I'm thinking something like this:

Animals
Fabled Beasts
Winterspawn (goblinoids, mythical humanoids, giants)
Undead
Elementals
Conceptuals
Constructs
Outsiders, Demons & Apparitions
Dragons
Beyond the Bestiary (ten abstract monsters with plot hooks/how to beat gods!)
Everything I say is true!

I like the idea of organizing them by category, instead of alphebetical.

and is taken for naught -
then the Pact is to Avenge.

I did say I'd update, but then, I am Charlatan!

I think the main themes of this campaign will be corruption is worse than death. Nearly all the undead I've come up with have the souls of the dead twisted, they're not just animated corpses. Plus stuff like whole villages lost in the snow becoming half-men or worse.

Well hm, yeah, you might get a PDF one day. But not any time soon.

EDIT: An edit for Sunday, I'm still around! Stay tuned.

Thanks elf23!

Sorry to say I'm no further on with this setting, but I am about to run a game set in it.

I may or may not keep you posted on that, but I would like to say, whether its in a month or at the end of the year, there will be a quick PDF of the complete, or as complete as it gets, settting!

Have a nice weekend everyone!
