I was a backer of Dolmvay- so I have a print copy already. Is there another book/adventure you could substitute (in print form) instead?

Actually, yes! It's in the Alternate Rewards section: any two (2) adventures in print format instead of the Guidebook (or the Chronicles of Amherth, or Ghoul Keep and the Ghoul Lands).
