Printing the PDF's

Soooo... I imagine that this was covered elsewhere, but darned if I can find it.

How does one go about printing the book cover/back of the PDF's to single 8"x10.5" sheets? :?

I used a graphics editor to separate them into two jpeg files when I printed my PDF's.

There is a way of doing it in Adobe as a print option, but for the life of me I can't remember how.
