For discussion of the original 1978 rules and for the revised second edition that is entering development.

I thought this was your baby?! What I meant was the board administrator, Dan Proctor, might allow the players in your pbp game to play test the new S&S rules he is working on.

To answer your question, Human or Andorian, Operations or Navigation.

I have asked :)

Andorian all the way for me :)

In that case, colour me interested.

True about the Denoblulans...but in timeline, ST:ENT is before ST:TOS :)

Truthfully we could include more but that seemed like enough to cover the bases...I was thinking Old School Trek as in the uniforms, style, flavor...tried to include everyone's favorite within reason :)

Plenty of time my friend...you are late for your watch!

I know ENT is before TOS, but old-school Trek to me means TOS and TAS. The mucking around with the timeline that occurred in ENT annoyed me. A lot. I'm almost tempted to take the last episode as canon, with it all being a TNG holo-novel

Still, if you have room for a Vulcan ensign somewhere on the engineering deck of a Constitution Class cruiser, I'll join in!

Just tell us what rules changes you have from standard S&S.

I do agree, old school is old school, but in this case it is just an option in case someone loves them lol.

A Vulcan Ensign Engineer sounds great to me.

I am reviewing the rules and will let you know!

It's good to see some activity here. I'm working on a S&S game right now, but I don't know when I'll be ready to start it.

I'm already pressed for time as it is. I plan on using the standard rules.

Hey 'Ray, how likely is it that you'll be running this?

I texted with Goblin Dan and the second edition is not ready...so the first will have to do.

I am waiting for a response on availability of the original copies and if not then the PDF...PDFs make me sad...

But with the rules in hand, I would say 100% chance of running it :)

I do believe I could work through most of it while I work on getting a copy of the book.

Could someone cut and paste a stats sheet to make characters with?
