Kids Gaming Group

Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Midnight!

Not sure if this is the right place.

I have three kids. One lives in Toronto, and two with me. The middle child (10 years) and the youngest (8) are with me and my wife. My oldest is playing path finder with a group in the big city.

My middle boy, just got himself a gaming group of like aged individuals, and he decided upon Labyrinth Lord Basic to introduce this group to RPGing.

I have to explain that like many gamers I have hundreds of books and games. His comment: LL is simple and I don't have to worry about a million rules. He just wants to run his games.

Sweet.

Have a great day Everyone.

Thanks,

Now I just have to hope they get it. Hard to compete with a computer game that makes you a god after 2 hours.

=-)

That's excellent to hear Elrik. Having passed the game on to a new generation (sadly not my own children) it has been exciting over the last several years to watch each in turn step up to the DM's plate, each with their own individual style.

Thought I would do a follow up.

My son seems to have a group. They have placed about six times this summer. Summer vacation plays havoc with the games. I am having the same problem.

He just asked to run a Basic LL game on my forum. lol

Wish I had forums when I was his age.

Thanks
