iPad PDF drawing

Hey guys, does anyone know if it is possible to "draw" on a pdf with any apps for the iPad? My friend has an Android device which he uses for his character sheet in my game. He loads a pdf and the app lets him draw on it (in this case, a blank character sheet pdf, which he fills out) and then can save it.

Well I bought an iPad. My intention is to give my MacBook to my son for school. I'm still getting the feel of this thing. I looked at that app and I don't see a way to actually do anything with it, no doubt I'm doing something wrong. I'll keep trying.

Ah, yes, something like that. I was actually looking at this one last night, along with a few others. One of the apps (can't recall which one right now), has a lite version with a limit of two documents. I'm giving it a gander to see how it works.
