True, no skeletons. We should probably have included them, because the way we used skeletons was a pretty "standard" approach for Wizards' World monsters. Effectively, we treated skeletons as a regular race, with all their abilities defined by what they could do before death. Like the Zombie, but without the double LP, maybe with the MR reduced a little bit, and maybe half damage from piercing weapons.

Just an idea/suggestion concerning your statement about skeletons.
With most fantasy RPGs, skeletons are similar to Zombies, but have a few differences:
Level: Variable W
Size: Variable.
Attacks: Variable (could use a hand weapon & shield).
MR: 30-35%
No double LP as a zombie.
Special Abilities:Immune to Fear, Sleep.
Like zombies, they can be made from any species: orcs, trolls, orges, etc.
Hope this is useful.

The entry for Wizard's World concerning the town of "Mousehole" is incorrect; it is actually a reference to the RPG "Wizard's Realm," from Mystic Swamp, one entry up on that Darkshire page. I know this because I discussed the town and campaign setting of "Mousehole" long ago with Niels Erickson, one of the designers of Wizard's Realm. Niels was also the fellow who wrote the 2nd edition of Tegel Manor for Gamescience, and we met early in my days of working with Judges Guild...

You're welcome.
I've only just read through WW (rather enjoyable), which I recently obtained from Drivethrurpg.com.
I've been busy with other RPG's: Rotworld, GORE, Labyrinth Lord, etc, on this site.
Rotworld: zombie dogs, etc.
GORE: fantasy & sci-fi, and WWII material.
I'll give WW a thorough read before I start submitting any ideas.
So far, I've only submitted the skeleton idea.

Ahhh...the persistant mystery of Mousehole is finally solved! The vast multitude of Wizard's World fans no longer need to suffer sleepless nights pondering on this enigmatic location which appeared out of nowhere to nestle itself in our beloved game! :D

Thanks for the clarification, Mystaros!

Welcome to Wizards' World, SMAY63. I think your proposed rules are a very reasonable suggestion for a basic skeleton. Thanks!
