Help Looking For A Random Weapon Generator

On the previous forum in the bloggers section (I think) there was a link to a random weapon generator. You rolled for what kind of weapon it was, what kind of damage it did, how much damage it did, how it was powered, size, etc. Now I can't seem to find it. I've looked through the bloggers here and the old site with no luck. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
