Well I won't deny the lack of post-apocalyptic worlds available, but your KickStarter page seems confusing as I don't know if you are making an adventure or a setting. Also by the 30 second video and a single photo I am assuming this isn't really that far along. I also think you cannot trademark the name "APOCALYPSE" since it is a common word being used to sell a product about the apocalypse. You can trademark the logo though. Maybe even change it to something uncommon like "Apocalypse Gamez" or something else. You may want to double check that.

DOOMSDAY is an adventure, not simply a setting. The project itself is far along ... and progressing nicely. Its a nonlinear adventure---that takes a closer look at the origins of the apocalypse---with elements that will thrill young and old players alike! As you mention, there is a lack of post apocalyptic worlds out there ... that's why we went ahead and created DOOMSDAY. It is a project for the heart, not the wallet.
