That works. Assuming that Spanningtree still wants to run the Commanding Officer, we still need a Science/Sentient Life officer. But if thats not what you want to run thats ok too, I can make the Sentient Life officer an NPC if necessary.

I purchased the rules last Monday and assumed it would be a digital version but when the order went through there was not the usual link to download the content. I think I bought a hard copy of it, seems pretty cheap for $7. Can anybody relate their experience?

You must have bought the digital version, because the print version is $25 for paperback and $35 for hardback. Where did you buy it from, the Goblinoid store or RPGnow?

Are we the PCs are all on the bridge? Or would Pryt be in engineering and the others in their various labs, for example?

As the chief engineer, she's likely in the engine room, but theres an engineering station on the bridge as well. It's your call. In any case, remember its a small ship and the engine room is basically just 'down the hall'.
