Need help with Wikipedia

Hi all, I want to create a Wikipedia page for Timemaster but when I went to see how to do it I became overwhelmed with all of the tags. Is there anyone that can help me out? I'd like to get a page up that follows a similar format to the one for CHILL, which is linked to the Pacesetter page. I imagine someone could copy/paste the format from CHILL and just plug in the info for Timemaster but I'm struggling with it.
